Windows 8/8.1 has a feature for users to easily troubleshoot common problems. If a user needs to reinstall windows, restore to factory settings,refresh pc due to slow response or back up this can be easily done.
When windows 8/8.1 opens up in the log on screen...
hold shift key and press Restart.
Windows asks you to choose an option. Press Troubleshoot.
In the Troubleshoot screen, press Advanced options or Refresh your pc or Reset your pc depending on what you want to do.
In the Advance Options you will see a lot of task you can perform on your windows 8/8.1 system
